Poetic arabesques
The music of the second Sternenklang is interspersed by twelve love poems by Peter Daniell Porsche. An affectionately poetical greeting opens the way for Sir Edward Elgar, whose Salut d’amour completes the message after Matthias Michael Beckmann und Margit-Anna Süß have spun their arabesques, sung a Song without Words in the moonlight, browsed through Album Leaves and luxuriated in an irresistible Meditation. An hour of inspired tranquillity goes by in a flash….
